Order Status
Products in stock :
From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 12 p.m. Eastern time are dispatched inside 2 business days. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays will be processed on the two following business days. Shipping processing can be slower during the long holidays (Christmas time and Construction holidays (Quebec)). After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking information to update with our transportation partner.
Special orders (not in stock) and pre-sales :
Products that we do not have in stock are usually shipped and received inside 3 business weeks. We don’t guarantee shipping delay though we work our best to deliver as fast as it can be.
Shipping policy
We offer Canada shipping with Canada Post and Purolator. Typical transit time is between 2-7 business days. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 2 business days following the day you place an order. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know.
Shipping option without a signature required comes with no shipping insurance or guarantee of any kind. It is your duty to choose shipping with a required signature if you want to make sure to receive your package.
Return/exchange policy
No products can be exchanged or refunded, except for a defective product or an error occurred with your order. If necessary, we will pay the shipping costs.
In case of return due to a product that is not of the correct size, the return shipping costs
are the responsibility of the customer. Notify us before returning the product.
We don’t refund orders received by the customer that is considered shipped and received too late.
Refund on receipt of merchandising. The product must not have
been used and in the dryer.
Product satisfaction policy
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return us the product inside 30 days of the order. Notify us before returning the product. Orders considered received too late by the client is not included in our product satisfation policy. Refund on receipt of merchandising. The product must not have been used and in the dryer.
